The challenge
Dalata Hotel Group wanted to energise its annual marketing strategy day with a speaker capable of inspiring both internal marketing colleagues and external agency partners.
Rather than delivering a conventional business presentation, the company sought a speaker whose personal experiences could demonstrate practical lessons in resilience, teamwork and sustained high performance. The objective was to create an engaging opening session that would establish a positive and focused mindset for the remainder of the strategy day while giving attendees real-world insights that could be applied within a professional environment.
