Where does the Sport Endorse team work from?
Everywhere the work is. The team of ~18 spans Ireland, the UK, the USA, the UAE, Spain, France and South Africa, with hubs in Dublin (HQ) and Indianapolis. Most roles are remote-first within a workable timezone overlap.
What is it like to work at a founder-led company of this size?
Short decision loops and real ownership. The founders run demos and answer client escalations themselves; everyone's work is visible in the product and the numbers. You will not spend your week in approval chains.
Can I apply if there's no open role that fits?
Yes — speculative applications are genuinely read. If you're exceptional at something a two-sided sports marketplace needs (growth, partnerships, engineering, content, customer success), introduce yourself and show us the work.
