Iconic Health Clubs partnered with Sport Endorse to strengthen member engagement by bringing leading Irish rugby personalities to an exclusive community event hosted by Alan Quinlan. Sport Endorse managed athlete sourcing, coordination and event logistics, delivering a seamless experience for members and their families.
The challenge
Iconic Health Clubs wanted to offer members something beyond a traditional fitness experience. The objective was to create an exclusive community event that rewarded members with access to respected figures from Irish rugby while strengthening relationships within the club.
Securing high-profile sports personalities, coordinating schedules and managing event logistics can be time-consuming and complex, particularly for organisations without dedicated talent management resources. Iconic Health Clubs needed an experienced partner who could simplify the entire process and ensure the event ran smoothly from planning through to delivery.
