Brands / Companies

A subscription for brands/companies/agencies costs $/£/€ 50 (+VAT if applicable) a month, or $/£/€ 240 (+VAT if applicable) for 6 months, or $/£/€ 450 (+VAT if applicable) a year.

The final cost for an opportunity is the budget that you set for the opportunity (+VAT if applicable), plus any relevant bank processing charges.

When a client and star agree to work together, Sport Endorse requires a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. Booking deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after booking a star. If a star cancels and Sport Endorse is unable to find a suitable replacement, we will refund the full amount you have paid us.

If you book within 14 days of your event, we will require the full payment within 7 days and prior to the event to confirm the booking. If the sports star does not turn up to the event, Sport Endorse will provide a full refund.

Marketing agencies and approved clients may qualify for customised payment terms. Contact us to discuss.

We offer flexible payment options by Corporate Credit Card, via Stripe. Stripe is an Irish-American financial services company specialising in online payment processing, similar to Paypal. Payments can also be made by bank transfer. In both cases the platform will automatically generate an invoice. You may also choose to part-pay the athlete with some of your products or services.

Yes, you can reset your password – by using the
‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login page – at any
time, and in fact we recommended that you do so
at least once per quarter.

Yes, you have full ownership over your Brand Profile, so you can edit and update as often as you wish.

We offer a full support system in the event of any complaints or queries, and in addition, there is a rating system feature for feedback on the platform.

Yes, this can be done in the description of the opportunity or it can be discussed directly with the talent via the messenger within the platform. Please note also some talent may have some restrictions of their own due to sponsorship arrangements.

Currently no, but this ability is in the development road map for a future release.

However, when creating an opportunity you can target athletes based on various different factors such as their sport, gender, age and country.

You can also ‘favourite’ Talent to keep track of what profiles you think might be suitable for your needs.

By joining Sport Endorse you will have access to over 3000 athletes, all of whom will be able to help you promote your brand using their large followings, increasing your brand’s public exposure which leads to more sales.

The only fee you will have to pay us is an initial subscription fee of €360 annually. Otherwise, all payments are made with the athlete.

This answer helps brands to decide which application they want to move forward with and thus which athlete to respond to.

Firstly, great news on getting good interest for your campaign. There are many ways to evaluate the incoming applications, some of the preferred criteria to consider include:

high engagement so you know which athletes have followers that engage with their post

a strong pitch that was personalized to your campaign and shows the athlete’s enthusiasm to work together

 value for money i.e. looking at athletes who are working within your budget despite being valued at a much higher rate

location, do you prefer to work with someone more local or someone who is in one of your target markets

We also try to help by letting you know which athletes are active on Sport Endorse, and show you their rating if they have one from previous deals.

Talent / Athlete

No. We connect athletes (and their management) with paid opportunities, and handle the booking and payment process through our online platform. We are a marketplace and do not have exclusive agreements with talent or management groups.

No. Registering with Sport Endorse is completely
free for athletes and talent! There are no registration
fees, no maintenance charges, and no support fees.

We have a tiered structure for Platform Opportunities

Platform Opportunities are defined as any opportunity processed via the Sport Endorse platform/ app.

Sport Endorse gives you autonomy over what brand opportunities you apply for. You can personally apply to the opportunities that suit you best online via the Sport Endorse Platform. Sport Endorse also never takes more than 16% commission on the successful deals you apply for on our online platform which is much lower than our competitors who normally take upwards of 20%.

Currently, the minimum age to register a profile is 16.

To register with Sport Endorse you need to be considered an elite talent in your sports category. Elite talent is defined as a person who is either a professional in their designated sport and/or has competed at national or international level.

You can also be invited to sign-up.

At the moment, no. But once the talent has
set up their profile, they can grant access to
a third party to oversee their account

There are many different forms of sponsorship available to you via the Sport Endorse platform. These include becoming a paid brand ambassador or paid keynote/motivational speaker, as well as doing a one-off paid product/company endorsement or attending events. It is also common for brands to offer their product or service for free as a form of payment.

You can see all brands on the platform that have opted to be visible, and there is a search function which allows you to find a brand quickly.

Yes, you have control over the brand opportunities you apply for and work with.

You can also select your favourite brands on the platform and keep up to date with their opportunities.

Yes, you are able to ‘favourite’ brands and get notified when there is an opportunity posted by any brands that you ‘favourite’. You can then apply to these opportunities.

Brands registered with Sport Endorse have access to browse the full database of talent and can create tailored and individual opportunities.

All information on the platform is stored safely and securely, in line with GDPR legislation.

Payments are primarily made directly into your bank account via Stripe, which is an Irish-American financial services company specialising in online payment processing, similar to Paypal.

Payments may also be made via a bank transfer.

If there is no cash payment involved in the opportunity, a brand may offer products or services in lieu of a cash payment. This is typically called a ‘contra’ deal.

Brands make payments after the event is complete (except for longer engagements with an agreed payment schedule.) The processing time is within 14 business days of receipt of payment from a Brand.

No, you can go in, browse, and apply for as many live opportunities that you feel are relevant to you.

You can cancel online but if it is within 48 hours of the event you MUST do it by contacting customer services on platform.hello@www.sportendorse.com (so we can try to help the Brand in question).

No, you will only be notified whether your application was successful or not. You will be advised and subsequently informed if the Brand has shortlisted you and their final decision, but no further feedback will be given.

Yes, Sport Endorse is an equal opportunities platform.

A good bio is one that contains as much informative data as possible to ensure you are attractive to brands, yet also tells your story in a compelling way. Include as much information as you want, and feel free to supplement this with videos (upload directly or link in from YouTube), and links to articles. You should also connect up your social media accounts if you have them as some brands take your number of followers into consideration.
